1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across Pakistan
  • International shipping availability will be announced soon

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-3 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3-5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • Blushko is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate immediately

7. Damaged During Shipping

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order
  • Blushko is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
